“We were wondering if you would want to take our college senior photos?” I’m trying not to tear up as I replied back with a big “YES” to my little cousins! I was so honored to take their senior pictures.

I used to babysit Dani and Alli so often on weekends. It’s one of my most favorite memories growing up with them! Dani was the calm one, Alli was the wild child haha. I remember she would want to play tag and would just run circles around the couch. I was always half out of breath ready for a nap!

For their session, they had one request and that was to have some of their photos taken at their old elementary school back home in Alpena, Michigan. Living in Metro Detroit, I rarely get to have sessions back home, so I was excited! I loved the idea of a photo shoot at their old school so much! I love incorporating either meaningful props or meaningful locations into a session. We also had the most perfect, glowy evening for their session!

It has been such an honor watching them grow into beautiful young ladies and now, these beautiful young ladies are graduating college! Dani from Michigan State University and Alli from Grand Valley State University. I couldn’t be more proud 🙂
